This study examines the promotion and dissemination of labor rights for people with disabilities in the Mariscal Sucre parish, Milagro canton, Ecuador, aiming to identify barriers and opportunities for their effective inclusion in the workforce. Through a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis via surveys, interviews, and documentary review, three main obstacles are identified: lack of access to clear and accessible information (73.07%), limited training in labor rights (61.33%), and the persistence of discriminatory practices (71.20%). However, the findings reflect a positive attitude towards change, with 92.80% of respondents willing to participate in awareness campaigns and 93.07% recognizing the need to strengthen labor rights education. The study concludes that education and awareness are fundamental pillars for the effective implementation of existing regulations, highlighting the key role of online Law students in promoting an inclusive legal culture and in articulating strategies that ensure the full exercise of labor rights for people with disabilities.
