Killkana Sociales Journal is funded by the Universidad Católica de Cuenca, which provides the resources necessary for the journal’s editorial, technological, and administrative operations.

The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of articles (APCs), nor for access to its content, maintaining a fully open access model for both authors and readers.

Killkana Sociales Journal may receive institutional support or sponsorships; however, these do not influence editorial decisions, the peer review process, or the selection of content.

The Editorial Board operates with full academic independence and ensures that all decisions are based solely on scientific merit and quality criteria.

Any sources of funding related to published articles must be disclosed by the authors to ensure transparency in the research.
