Abstract

The inflationary effect that affects employability in Ecuador merits the development of a very deep study which is measured by the unemployment rate, product of this analysis the present research work is focused on 3 important axes: A comparative and descriptive analysis of the variation of inflationary rates in the periods of the government of the day, the investigation of the incidence that maintains the level of education and each gender that has to do with employment and finally, an econometric and statistical analysis, the same that propose a model of Autoregressive Vectors of Ecuador. It is established that unemployment shows a tendency to decrease proportionally, because of this of these three axes. The greater demand for goods and services causes sustained inflation and this generates an increase in the demand for labor, as a consequence the reduction in unemployment is evident. The pressure exerted by various strategic sectors of public sector workers from different companies is translated into cost inflation. Analyzing this type of inflation, wage rates in the modern economy are not determined by the market, that is, prices are set by supply and demand, logically buyers and sellers.
