Integral analysis of companies attached to the clinical excellence cluster

This research presents the outcomes of an investigation conducted between 2018 and 2020, focusing on the " Integral analysis of companies attached to the clinical excellence cluster" The study aimed to identify and comprehend the factors influencing business development in the region, with a particular emphasis on enhancing competitiveness in the global market. Employing a descriptive-explanatory methodology, the study began by describing the variables and research subject, followed by the application of surveys to selected companies to derive specific conclusions pertaining to the research objectives. Furthermore, a thorough bibliographic review using secondary sources such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Scielo, and documents from the Chamber of Commerce of Cali, along with the websites of the studied companies, complemented the research methodology. The research findings not only facilitated the identification of support measures to strengthen clusters as a regional development strategy but also contributed to the enhancement of companies within the health cluster in Valle del Cauca by characterizing their administrative, financial, commercial, and internationalization conditions. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights to enhance business development in the region, underscoring the significance of economic internationalization as a pivotal strategy for the growth and fortification of companies in the health cluster.
