TICS tools in pedagogical management

At present, the teacher and the student have the possibility of interacting with different educational materials. When talking about the use of technological tools in the classroom, it is not that all the classrooms must have computer equipment or that the teacher is an expert in the use of the computer. However, we can use the technology available in the institution, taking advantage of it. In daily work we need resources that support pedagogical management like books, illustrations, maps, schemes, among others, but thanks to technological tools we can expand the content in an attractive way for the student, working cooperatively and collaboratively. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of the use of technological tools as support in the pedagogical management for the teachers of the Simon Rodríguez school in Licán, in Chimborazo province, through the link project called “Fortalecimiento a la gestión institucional de los gobiernos descentralizados parroquiales de la provincia de Chimborazo”, of the National University of Chimborazo. It is descriptive and explanatory with quantitative-qualitative approach, using the socio-critical and integrative paradigm. As a result of the training, we can see that 55% of the teachers have strengthened the use of active methodologies in the teaching process. The success or failure of educational innovations depends in great measure on the way in which educational actors interpret, redefine, filter and shape the proposed changes. Innovation from a functional point can be interpreted as the incorporation of a practical idea.
